• ›Platform: the entirety of the website, mobile application, and all associated digital services accessible through the deedloom.com domain.
• ›User: all natural and legal persons who use the Platform in any manner.
• ›Visitor: persons who access the Platform without registering as a member.
• ›Member: natural or legal persons who have registered on the Platform and created an account.
• ›Agent Member: member real estate agencies or contractors approved by deedloom. Only approved member real estate agencies may publish listings on the Platform; individual listing submissions are not accepted.
• ›Buyer Member: individual users who view listings, submit leads, and communicate through the Platform.
• ›Listing: real property sale or rental announcements published on the Platform by Agent Members.
• ›Token: the virtual unit used to purchase services within the Platform.
• ›Boost: the paid service used to promote listings.
• ›Lead: the enquiry information submitted by a Buyer Member to an Agent Member regarding a listing.

deedloom provides the following services:

• ›Listing Publication: the creation, editing, and publication of property listings by Member Office real estate agencies.
• ›Search and Filtering: advanced listing search infrastructure by region, price, number of rooms, property type, and other criteria.
• ›Lead Management: the secure transmission of enquiries from Buyer Members to Agent Members.
• ›Boost and Featured Listings: listing promotion services at Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels.
• ›Analytics Dashboard: a professional panel providing Agent Members with listing performance, view, lead, and conversion analyses.
• ›Map Integration: location-based display of listings and map-based discovery.
• ›Multilingual Infrastructure: multilingual listings and platform content, primarily in Turkish and German.
• ›Favourites and Comparison: the ability for Buyer Members to save and compare their preferred listings.
• ›Messaging: a secure communication infrastructure through the Platform.
• ›Office Profiles: corporate profile pages for Member Office real estate agencies.

To use the Platform, you must accept and undertake the following conditions:

• ›You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to use the Platform.
• ›You undertake that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. In the event of false information being provided, deedloom reserves the right to suspend or close your account.
• ›Each user may open only one account. Opening more than one account on behalf of the same person or organisation is prohibited.
• ›You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials (email address, password). You shall be held responsible for all transactions carried out through your account.
• ›If you detect unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must immediately notify destek@deedloom.com.
• ›To register as an Agent Member, you must be operating in North Cyprus and complete the office verification process.
• ›In your communications through the Platform, you must comply with standards of respect and refrain from using expressions that are insulting, threatening, or discriminatory.

The design, logo, "deedloom" trademark, domain name, software code, database structure, interface designs, graphics, icons, texts, and all other original content of the deedloom platform are the exclusive property of —. With respect to listing content, photographs, and descriptions uploaded to the Platform by Users, deedloom is hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free licence to use such content for the purpose of providing platform services. This licence covers the publication, indexing, archiving, and promotional use of the content on the Platform. Users represent and undertake that they hold the copyright to all content they upload to the Platform or have obtained the necessary permissions to do so.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and initiation of legal proceedings:

• ›Creating listings or opening accounts with false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• ›Accessing the Platform using bots, spiders, crawlers, or similar automated tools, scraping data, or systematically collecting data.
• ›Collecting, storing, or using contact information (telephone numbers, email addresses) obtained through the Platform without authorisation or for commercial purposes.
• ›Sending spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or chain messages.
• ›Conducting DDoS, SQL injection, XSS, or similar attacks intended to damage the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• ›Directing other users to off-platform channels (WhatsApp groups, competing platforms, etc.).
• ›Copying listings or content from the Platform without authorisation and publishing them on other platforms.
• ›Submitting false leads or misleading Agent Members with fictitious enquiries.
• ›Using another user's account without authorisation or attempting to obtain account credentials.
• ›Using the Platform for unlawful activities, money laundering, or the financing of terrorism.
• ›Publishing content on the Platform that promotes racism, hate speech, sexual content, or violence.
• ›Attempting to circumvent the Platform's communication system by sharing telephone numbers, email addresses, or external links in listing titles or descriptions.

Each listing is reviewed by the deedloom moderation team before publication. The moderation process covers verification of compliance with content standards, legal requirements, and platform rules. deedloom reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove listings without providing any reason. In particular, listings shall be removed or taken down in the following circumstances:

• ›The listing content is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• ›The photographs do not belong to the property in question or stock photographs have been used.
• ›The same property has been entered as more than one listing (duplicate listing).
• ›The listing description contains contact information, external links, or references to competing platforms.
• ›An attempt to conduct real estate activities in violation of applicable legislation.
• ›The Agent Member's authorisation certificate has expired or been revoked.

In addition to its core services, deedloom offers paid premium services:

• ›Token System: Platform services (boost, featured listings, etc.) are purchased using tokens. Tokens are obtained by payment in TRY or EUR.
• ›Boost Packages: listing promotion packages are available at Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels. The duration and visibility benefits of each package differ.
• ›Membership Packages: Basic and Premium membership packages are offered to Agent Members. Package details are published and kept current on the pricing page.
• ›Payment Methods: payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer/EFT is accepted.

deedloom does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of listings published on the Platform. Responsibility for listing content lies entirely with the relevant Agent Member. deedloom shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from negotiations, agreements, contracts, or real property transactions conducted between users through or outside the Platform. deedloom's liability for data loss, loss of business, loss of profit, loss of reputation, or other indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the total amount paid by the relevant user to deedloom in the preceding 12 months. deedloom is not responsible for the content of links to third-party websites.

deedloom reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the operation, features, design, and services of the Platform without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. However, prior notice cannot be guaranteed for immediate interruptions arising from emergency security updates or technical necessities. deedloom does not accept liability for interruptions beyond its control that originate from technical infrastructure providers (servers, CDN, payment systems, etc.). Material changes to the scope of services are communicated to active members by email or in-platform notification.

Turkish law shall govern the interpretation, application, and resolution of any dispute arising from these terms of use. Amicable resolution and mediation shall be preferred as the first recourse for the resolution of disputes. The provisions of Law No. 7036 on Labour Courts and Law No. 6325 on Mediation in Civil Disputes are reserved. Should the mediation process fail, the courts and enforcement offices of the place where the service provider's registered address is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Users resident in the European Union are entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

These terms of use enter into force on the date they are published on the Platform and remain in effect for as long as the user continues to use the Platform. deedloom reserves the right to amend these terms of use unilaterally. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Material amendments are notified to registered members by email. Users are advised to check the current terms of use regularly. Continued use of the Platform following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions (principle of severability).
